I am an experienced registered nurse with a wealth of expertise in diverse care settings. I have rapidly advanced from a diligent registered nurse to the pivotal role of a registered manager, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to responsibility, accountability, and excellence.
With a background in acute medicine for the elderly, extensive work in care centers for young people with disabilities, and experiences in medical research, I bring a versatile skill set to our Home Care Service.
The fast-paced progression in my career underscores my innate ability to seamlessly blend clinical expertise with managerial acumen, fostering an environment of excellence in care delivery. Exhibiting exceptional dedication not only as a nurse but also as a leader, I consistently exceed expectations, pushing beyond the conventional to enhance the quality of care.

For 14 years, I’ve been on an incredible journey filled with laughter and meaningful connections. I’ve taken on various roles like a frontline Carer, senior Carer, team leader, and quality assurance officer. My work involved assisting people in their homes, supporting individuals in housing, and fostering a sense of community in care homes. Each role taught me valuable lessons about the importance of quality care for both clients and Carers.
This journey is more than just job titles; it’s a continuous learning experience. I’ve witnessed the dependence and vulnerability of clients alongside the joy that comes from surpassing expectations. As a quality assurance officer, I delved into the rules, ensuring they translated into improved care. Alongside my hands-on experience, I pursued education – an MBA in Finance, an MSc in International Hospitality Management, and qualifications in Health and Social Care. These studies, combined with practical insights, equipped me to understand and lead in the complex world of care.
Now, as the Director at Haverhill Health Care Agency LTD (trading as Haverhill Home Care), I stand at the heart of meeting clients’ needs and achieving our organizational goals. My passion for quality care guides all our decisions, prioritizing the well-being of our clients. I advocate for fair costs, understanding that financial resources directly impact the quality of care for both clients and Carers.
However, my vision extends beyond financial considerations. I believe in investing in our Carers, recognizing them as the backbone of exceptional service. I aim to create a supportive environment where they can grow professionally, voice concerns, and have their contributions celebrated. By empowering our teams, we elevate the care we provide.
My diverse background allows me to see the bigger picture. Having been a Carer and a leader, I understand both the emotional aspects of dependence and the operational intricacies of running an organization.
